8 de ago. de 2013 · Hi, we host our website through Wix.com and they have informed us the reason we have had a weeks downtime on our website is down to Plusnet. We are now seeking legal advice as this is effecting sales massively. Please can someone get back to me ASAP. Many thanks.

24 de set. de 2024 · By default New Outlook will use the email address as the user ID for the SMTP server - your email address is not a valid credential for relay.plus.net. As @MisterW suggests, you should be using your hosting provider's SMTP server, not Plusnet's - from a quick skim of your provider's website, SMTP in included in the £2.50pcm charge.

30 de jan. de 2016 · Yes the username and password you need (for access to the default mailbox) on webmail are the account username and password as used to login to the Member Centre. I've just checked and webmail is working OK for me. Edit: just had a thought; have you and your neighbour created a mailbox on your respective accounts?
