Hi Microsoft Team, I've been searching hours and hours on Microsoft websites and many internet Search Engines, for a list of compatible hardware with Windows Hello, specifically for Webcams in regards to Face Authentication. Unfortunately all my trials were unsuccessful so far.

2 de jun. de 2020 · I have win10 64 bit (uptodate) on my 10 yr old lenovo B570 laptop which has an integrated webcam In March 2020 i was able to use the camera during a Skype meeting. However when i tried to join a Teams session, the light came on intermittently but whilst I could see the people on the other end, they could not see me.

"camsvc" process is restarted. 3 . reset pc (twice i.e., one time using windows 11 and other time using windows 10, none of them worked) For you information, it works for a day or two randomly (I have no idea why it worked) and then troubles again indefinitely. Nothing seems to work.
Aplicativo “Câmara” (2016.404.190.0) do W10 não reconhece a webcam (erro 0xA00F4244 (0xC00D36D5) e a “Pré-visualização do Skype” não dá vídeo, apenas som. Webcam aparece em “Gestor de Dispositivos” / “Controladores de som, vídeo e jogos” como “USB camera” e em “Detalhes de controlador” como dispositivo “áudio”.
