I do a single annual payment to save. The annual membership is pretty cheap. Have had a Viki+ pass for quite a while now (Drama fever was never available in the country I currently live in). Totally worth it in my opinion, but I am someone who rarely watches anything other than K-drama, so I might be a bit biased.
1 de out. de 2022 · Viki's main benefit (to me at least) is that it has a much larger library of kdramas, so I'd say if you're just in it for variety shows Kocowa is way better. I prefer Kocowa! Viki is expensive considering I could find the shows they have online for free. I hate that they have 2 types of subscription services.

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out what Viki's picture quality is like if you sign up for the Pass as I'm getting conflicting views. I'm in the UK so can't subscribe to Pass Plus. Their website says that if you get Standard you get at 'least' 720p picture quality. But when you subscribe via the app it just says 'HD quality (720p)'.

I had a viki pass a couple years ago, when I was living in Brazil, and it was OK. Now, I've moved to Canada, and Dramafever (which replaced Viki for me) is closed. Viki is having a sale for it's annual Viki Plus pass (+ Kocowa), but when I was navigating Viki's website, some dramas were indicating that it wasn't available in my region.
1 de mai. de 2023 · Paid - Viki Pass subscriber - this is my go to because of its all Asian content and I like the transcription teams. Kocowa+ via Amazon Prime - I get some of the Viki Premium content here that I don't want to pay for with Viki. Transcriptions are okay. Content does not change as frequently as Viki. Has some of the older kdramas.
13 de dez. de 2018 · plus gets you access to kokawa content and gets you access to new episodes much faster. I had the plus last year and it wasn't worth it for me because new shows "exclusive" to plus pass were eventually made available to standard pass. Downgraded to standard this year.

I would go Viki. IQiyi really only has a small selection which are only their own productions, compared to Viki which could have dramas from not only the other Chinese platforms like Tencent, Mango, Youku, and iQiyi but also other asian dramas. Reply reply. jemflower83. •.
