At first Assassin's Creed launch it requests to me to login but when i do it it remain one minute i loading ad after the message is "Connection lost" Obviously my connection is ok and my credentials are ok (i tested on my Ubisoft website account) What i have to do before to ask for a refund?

When you finish your session with Ubisoft Connect, if you do happen to click 'Log out' then this will result in wiping the login details to allow next account to login unimpeded.
31 de dez. de 2014 · If I change the uplay user and i am still logged in uplay with the right account and start a uplay game on steam everything starts right. If i logout in uplay and starts a uplay game on steam, steam login me automatically in uplay but with the wrong account. Thats the problem. I have deinstalled and installed uplay again but this doesnt help.
25 de nov. de 2023 · I had previously bought this game about a month ago, and Im trying to log in to ubisoft to play the game, but it wouldnt accept my credentials. so I made a new account and it still cant connect to uplay. It says I need to be logged in online at least once, and I am logged in. This is my first time trying to play the game after I bought it about a month ago.
17 de mar. de 2023 · does anyone know why the uplay login wont process on steam deck? when i try to startup a game and the uplay login pops up, i put my user and password in an click login and every day it doesn't work and pops up "uplay login failed there seems to be a problem with your internet connection. i can play other games and can go online. i have proton experimental for the configuration.
Hey guys, Just to officially confirm - yes, the Ubisoft Connect PC client is required to be able to launch the game. It isn't possible to bypass this stage. What you need to get is Ubisoft Connect. Once you get the uPlay, go to Ubisoft page and download Ubisoft Connect. It should automatically replace uPlay, with your game accessible and playable. #5. Bertram Raven Mar 25 @ 2:02pm. uPlay and Ubisoft connect are both spyware.
