Same problem. Have confirmed my EA account is linked to my PSN and that my EA account is linked to twitch prime multiple times. Have restarted the game and console multiple times. Still nothing. I didn’t have this problem last year when there was a twitch prime loot drop for CODWWII, so I don’t know what the issue is.
I ended up finding a solution though: 1. Go to the Prime benefits page and find an item from EA (i.e. FIFA, Madden, UFC, etc.) and click it to claim the loot for it. 2. You'll end up needing to link your EA and Amazon accounts. 3. Log into Apex and the items that you claimed should be in your account. Reply. 0.
Hi @xBlackFillek . If you still aren't seeing the Twitch Prime loot on your account I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look. I play Apex Legends on my PS4, and when the twitch prime loot was introduced, I connected my PSN to my Twitch Prime account. After that, I claimed the Prime loot. I didn’t get it on my PS4, but rather my PC. I didn’t find this out until much much later when I decided to try the game on PC. It was horrible because my PC is horrible.
i had the exact same problem, no matter what i did i linked anything was necessary to be linked ( amazon prime/ twitch, twitch and EA, EA and PSN) I couldn't get the loot pack. IN THE END .
