2 de out. de 2016 · I noticed over the weekend when I go to speedtest.net it shows the wrong location. I live on the east outskirts of London yet it thinks my nearest test server is Aberdeen / Edinburgh. If I go to edge, the home/start page which can be customised shows weather for Edinburgh! I have manually customised for London to fix this rather than let it ...
30 de mai. de 2019 · To find the version, click on the three lines in upper right section. Click on 'about speed test'. At the bottom left area it shows version. Mine is v1.7.14.0. I tried installing Speedtest for Windows on a friend's computer running Win 10. It seemed to install OK, but had only a black background when it opened.
20 de jan. de 2020 · Pinging speedtest.net from a Windows 10 command line shows pings of 26ms. The Windows 10 speedtest.net has been uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and the problem persists. The problem happens only with the Windows 10 speedtest.net app, and there are no problems. Speedtest.net has not responded to requests for help.
19 de jul. de 2018 · Inconsistent speedtest.net results (slow in Firefox and Chrome) I've been thinking my HP laptop was a bit sluggish lately. After the latest Windows 10 updates, I ensured all drivers are up to data, had clear out, deleted cookies and cache etc. Ran superantispyware, malwarebytes and ccleaner. All clear.
