To obtain this unit, you had to reach Tier 50 in the Christmas Event Pass. Alternatively, you can obtain it from the Marketplace and by trading.
After the end of the Christmas Event, the only way to obtain it currently is to buy it from the Marketplace, trade for it or receive it as a gift in the Post Office.

Sinister Titan Tv Man's Value: Gems- 650 -750 (Dropping/Unstable)
If you use the right strategy, you can grind nightmare mode pretty easily. noobs or pros also use this unit to get on the wins leaderboard.
There are many good strategies (this one works best in the map Palm Paradise)
You will need a good Legendary like Cupid Camerawoman because it can be a good and cheap starter, but you don't need to max it because you can just remove it and then replace it with Mewing or Leprechaun but Cupid can solo, so you can chose. Overall a good loadout is this, Leprechaun or Clock Spider, Cupid or Green Laser, and a repair unit if needed or an extra farm besides Santa.
Leprechaun is also useful because of its high range, DPS. and its boost of radius. Don't forget that Mewing is also a good choice because of its stunning. Green Laser can be used for slowing.
•Originally, the snowballs used to do no damage. This has been fixed.
•You can get this unit free in Christmas Event Pass at the max tier (tier 50).
•His snowballs each deal 20k damage.
