27 de out. de 2023 · i downloaded the m601 red dragon mouse software from the red dragon website, everytime i open the application it shows 'device is disconnected' meanwhile it is, ive tried different ports, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Ive seen other people complain about the same issues, anyone know how i can make it work?
Clique com o botão direito do mouse em cima do ícone do driver, escolha a opção solucionar problema de compatibilidade. Clique em tentar configurações recomendadas. Na nova janela descrita como solução de problemas de compatibilidade de programas, clique na opção testar o programa. Finalizando o teste clique em avançar.
5 de jan. de 2018 · Return it if the software you're ment to use doesn't work. It's faulty. OR contact the manufacturer directly asking for there support. Personally I'd return it and go for a better quality mouse that has good reviews.
