14 de jun. de 2023 · Razer Kraken 7.1 (Accidently removed drivers) After razer logged me out today for some reason, i lost part of my sound so when looking for updates i accidently uninstalled my drivers trying to figure out the problem as being a semi noob that i am. i cant for the life of me figure out how or where to re-install them, Any ideas.

7 de mar. de 2019 · Hey @masterblaster! Synapse 2.0 is the main app while the Surround Pro is the module that will enable surround sound for most if not all headsets. Although Synapse has volume and lighting settings, the Surround Pro module handles all advanced configurations as well as audio processing to simulate a surround sound experience. M.

After purchasing them, I installed free virtual sound software 7.1 "RazerSurrond v2..0.29.2", which served me very well until the last system update. After updating the system, the application does not work properly, the sound is distorted.

8 de jan. de 2019 · I just installed Windows 10 Pro and when I tried to install/setup my Kraken 7.1 Chroma headset, its acting like I'm plugging it in and unplugging it constantly after installing the Synapse 2.0 software. I've checked for updates in the software, re-installed it a few times and tried the Synapse 3.0 software, but nothing seems to work.
6 de out. de 2020 · It all depends on your use. I use my kraken 7.1 V2 for long gaming sessions (FPS), and to be honest, I don't need gel pads from the v3. For music, I prefer v2 too. 10 de jul. de 2018 · Just bought Kraken 7.1 v2s thinking they would have chroma support in synapse. They do in Synapse 2, but that started freezing and crashing so I upgraded to Synapse 3, only to find out the damn headset isn't supported. For 250$, I was expecting better service and am strongly considering returning the product.
4 de ago. de 2020 · Hi, I've been having issues with my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 lately. Instead of showing up as Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 in Volume Mixer and Device Manager, etc, it shows up as CONEXANT USB AUDIO. I've looked up fixes for this for hours, and even wiped my whole PC to try and fix it. It does the same on other computers as well.
