Once your device is registered, the account information you enter will link your device to the associated Amazon account until the device is deregistered. When I press the Get a new code button, it goes back to the black screen with the spinning wheel then back to the Two ways to sign in screen with the same message. I have rebooted my router and modem, restarted my device (CCwGTV), unplugged the device and TV.

I open the Prime Video app on my smart TV to rent a movie. I then have to scan a QR code, which sends me to a Prime account on my iPad. After I click to rent the movie, it then plays on my iPad and not the TV.
