Unlike the previous POPStarter versions and the proofs of concept, POPStarter r13 does NOT contain the emulator itself or libraries that belong to $ony.

  7. 9 de jun. de 2017 · If you are new to the POPStarter project (a great way to run PlayStation 1 backups either via USB, SMB, or Internal HDD), the following USB Method is an easy way to get started. Given the PS1 used a CDROM with relatively slow transfer rates, you shouldn't see too many performance issues when running POPStarter via USB either.
