10 de dez. de 2021 · Some of my earlier packs do work on the first Elite model using the old version of Ngenuity (5.2.8.0). Anyway, it's been fun, and despite all the negativity surrounding the software, it's still pretty solid as far as RGB lighting goes.
11 de mai. de 2021 · I downloaded Ngenuity software and it upgraded my firmware version and random static noise issue became worse. I had to download an Equalizer program and changed some equalizer settings and kept volume levels under 30. Now ngenuity updated itself to latest windows version, it can't detect my HyperX Cloud Alpha S anymore.
28 de abr. de 2021 · With NGENUITY closed, you can load presets stored on the onboard memory by pressing Fn+F1/Fn+F2/Fn+F3. Please note that the key combination only works with NGENUITY closed, so make sure to completely close it by right-clicking on the NGENUITY icon down in systray and select Exit.
9 de nov. de 2020 · You haven't mentioned which HyperX products you're using, so please keep in mind that the old software had only received a quick fix which helps with the identification of the latest revision of the Cloud Flight headset, but it still won't detect any of the newer products and we don't have any plans to continue improving the old software as it's discontinued.

12 de jun. de 2023 · HyperxGaming. •. u/mrfroggyfantastic, it sounds like you have one of the rare microphone revisions where the firmware updater is unable to detect that the microphone is ready for a firmware update, resulting in the updater getting stuck at 0%. 21 de dez. de 2022 · However I am having problems with the driver update. While the headphones are working properly, I cannot enable DTS because of outdated software. When i try to update it via NGENUITY Client, the process is permanently stuck on Installing Drivers on 0% progress. Is it possible to download the driver/update outside of this forsaken app?
