Honestly, probably. If you use em, just use some common sense, and you should be fine as long as you're not trying to commercialize and not getting a lot of views.

i use "voicemod" tons of preset voice modifiers, you can make your own and also a soundboard (i think it's $3 a month and $15 lifetime) i purchased it a few months ago and honestly it's pretty great lol.
