Here is where you can customize the quality and length of your clips. Higher settings will use more resources. If you have issues with your clips, try lower settings. 1. Record with Medal - Medal will automatically record every game you play by default. Turn this off to completely disable recording (only recommended if you use another recording software). 2. How To Clip
To create a clip using Medal.tv, follow these steps: 1. While playing a game, press the hotkey you have set (default is F8) to create a clip. 2. The clip (default is 30 seconds) will be automatically saved to your library. Note: You can customize the clip length, quality, and hotkeys in the Medal settings.
Long Press Recording
To use the long press recording feature, follow these steps: 1. Enable long press recording in the Medal settings. 2. Press and hold the recording hotkey (default is F8) for more than one second to start recording a long video. 3. Hold the hotkey again to stop recording. Note: This feature is separate from creating clips and is used for recording longer gameplay segments.
