1 de jan. de 2024 · By the way, in ASM #60, it seemed like a part of Venom was still inside the Jackpot and allowed MJ to get control on the powers she get. There was no hint that confirmed this in the Venom War, but I still suspect it. Perhaps, yeah. That said, I do concur with your earlier statement, especially after Venom War: Spider-Man #4.

Mary Jane's entry in the updated Marvel Encyclopaedia does make mention of Paul and Jackpot, but there are no official listings of either of them in the book, and no effort is made to describe MJ and Paul's relationship as 'romantic'. MJ is still referred to in the book as being Peter's one true love and wife.

1 de jan. de 2024 · So MJ fell in love with someone that wasn't Peter, big whoop. MJ didn't fall in love with Paul. She was chained to him. Read the book (and the encyclopaedia). Peter may 'fall' for other girls, but we've seen him admit to MJ that nothing goes right with those relationships because they're not with her.
