The only other thing I could do was physically remove my internet connection and turn the computer off. I've since turned my computer back on - not connected to the internet, and their chat window automatically pops up.

There were multiple errors with my system. When I contacted the number for support with PC Cleaner Pro, I was directed to Logmein1234.com . and was instructed to let them inspect my system.

He (in a thick indian accent) said he would connect me with someone from Microsoft. He had me go to start, right click on computer and go into the viewer and see all the errors.
