13 de ago. de 2021 · On my purchase screen, literally all other buttons/ads were working except the "Auto-renewal" box so that I cant uncheck it. (Hmm, how convenient). I need to disable this option, but I cannot find it anywhere. Any guidance appreciated. Thanks.
25 de abr. de 2023 · 4.2k. Posted April 25, 2023. Iobit Uninstaller is not a malware removal program. You should use a dedicated malware protection program, such as Iobit Malwarefighter or others. Removing items manually from your Registry is very dangerous, and you should make a Registry back-up before you attempt removing items.

12 de fev. de 2024 · 3. Posted February 12. The Uninstaller does not auto-start at Windows startup. In "IObit Uninstaller Settings", the Uninstaller is set to start with W11. No auto-start. As a result, there has been a shortcut to "C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\IObit Uninstaller\IObitUninstaler.exe" placed in the W11 Startup folder. Still no auto-start.

Ok, I've figured out how to disable auto renew, you have to do it through 2Checkout website (link given in Subscription renewal email), also deleted my credit card details, as I recently had money taken from my bank account from an app that I had disabled the auto renew feature and it had been turned back on again.

19 de fev. de 2023 · Did a Software Health scan in Uninstaller 12.3 Pro. It came back with 52 programs with uninstall issues. All of the 52 items show Unistall registry missing as the status. What does that mean? What will happen if I have the program "fix" the issues? The program also identified 1981 Uninstallation leftovers that need to be fixed.
