After a couple of failed starts, a popup should appear asking if you want to try the Repair Tool. If the Repair Tool doesn't appear for some reason, use the Windows key+r. 24 de jun. de 2020 · That should open the tool. If you have the 32-bit version of GE Pro, use " C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Google Earth Pro\client\repair_tool.exe". When you get the Repair Tool window open, close the Google Earth Pro window. The most likely fixes in your case should be clear the cache, restore defaults and delete My Places.
