1 de jul. de 2023 · Is there a way to get API documentation from EDHRec to use in python? I can't find any info about it, and it'd be really helpful for a tool I'm designing. I know how to get the API info from Scryfall, and that's what I've been using, but for card synergies and similar things, EDHRec would be a huge improvement. Is there a way to get that?
13 de dez. de 2022 · Is there an easy way to export info from EDHREC? Question I'm looking to build a list of commanders who have less then a certain number of decks but that doesn't seem to be an easy task since I can't find a way to pull info from the site.
14 de set. de 2023 · I've found that average decks are very powerful when filtering expensive ($$$) because it only considers decks over $1000. This way you don't have to deal with budget options, while taking a look to the best and more competitive cards. The only drawback is that the expensive average deck is more cedh than edh. 2.
15 de out. de 2015 · edhrec Yeah, I guess I should filter these out. The way the internal card database works (mtgjson.com) is it treats flip cards as two entries so they are showing up here.
14 de mar. de 2018 · Hello edhrec, big fan here! I'm a CFD developer and I know a thing or two about data collection and interpretation. There is one feature that I am wondering is doable with the infrastructure you have. I would like to be able to sort cards by the frequency of appearance in lists, according to certain criteria.
13 de jul. de 2021 · EDHrec very quickly turned into r/magicthecirclejerking with players only playing the popular "synergistic" cards without understanding what those words mean or what the cards do. Synergy on EDHrec literally only means "hey we saw the majority of decks using this commander use this card" it doesn't look at how that card works with that commander.

The categories above are very useful when deck building. However the amount in each category is just a starting point.
24 de out. de 2023 · Hi, EDHREC staff here. I'm sorry for the trouble! The issue with top commanders not appearing on certain cards' pages is a bug that we're actively working to fix. It's been a bit elusive but we're hoping to have it nailed down soon! As for the color identity descriptions, those were intentionally removed several months ago.
6 de mai. de 2019 · Over at EDHREC a month or so ago we ran a survey for a few days to collect scores zero to four that measured how "salty" you felt cards made you. Since then, we've taken these results and incorporated them throughout the site.
