Both simple hand drawn and extravagantly artistic battle maps are welcome here. Tutorials describing map creating tips and tricks are also welcome. 20 de dez. de 2013 · Maybe a way to print the map in gaming scale, usually 1 inch=5 feet? With just suggestions 1 and 2, this program would satisfy 99.9% of all my gaming map needs, and still retain the moron-simple ease of use. Edit: Oh. Water. Forgot water, for pools and streams, etc.
10 de fev. de 2023 · Of course, for better immersion having a map that looks somewhat decent does help. Personnally I have been able to make maps like this or this using deepnight rpg map maker. Took some work, but I was pretty happy with them, and the software is free and actually pretty easy with some practice.
23 de mai. de 2020 · I technically was using this for D&D, but Deepnight RPG Map Editor is setting agnostic. I've been a fan of this program for a while because it's very easy to use, it's in-browser, and they've been improving upon it consistently over time.

I spent the last couple days with nothing to do, and ended up creating a bunch of generic maps for Mutants and Masterminds, and modern day settings in general! 16 de dez. de 2020 · Forgot deepnight's RPG map editor: Deepnight's RPG Map Editor 2. It's a little more abstract, though you can import custom assets, it lends itself very well to Cyberpunk maps because the base assets are blocky/metallic. Lighting system is nice, too.
17 de jul. de 2020 · Sometimes they look like chairs, like at the Reception desk and in the middle of the Atrium, but then around the perimeters of the room, chairs wouldn't really make much sense there.
