9 de dez. de 2023 · Thank you for the reply. My work email is what I use on my work computer. I have checked my att.net email from my work computer. Is that the connection that does not permit me to create a new microsoft account using my att.net email? I only have 2 emails. If they are both attached to my work Microsoft account, I guess I am out of luck.
