23 de jun. de 2020 · At one time, I could choose the bank icon on my start screen, and automatically go to the bank website, login, and pay bills and check balances. This no longer works. I've switched over to Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, and I can log into the bank site through those browsers, by entering a username and password.

6 de abr. de 2023 · I am unable to sign in to one of my bank accounts on Microsoft Edge. I see no solutions offered to this problem brought up in April 2023; this is now October. When I went through this with the bank they suggested trying another browser, which I did, as I happened to also have Firefox on my laptop, and I was able to sign in.

19 de dez. de 2019 · I can navigate to the site, and get to the log in screen. Once I enter my credentials, EDGE will take a long pause and return a blank white screen. No errors given. After this started occurring I also lost the ability to download transactions into my Quicken accounting software for this same bank. This ONLY occurs with the single banking site.
