Yes, these exist if you're wondering. These aren't as popular as regular auto clickers, but they are supposed to spam a key on your keyboard for you, just if you didn't know. It is most likely a false positive but I only know about AutoHotKey which can do nearly anything you want to do with this kind of program and there is a ton of script already available online so you might just able to find what you need.
