8 de nov. de 2019 · ROG Phone 2 (12/512) Freezes and Auto Restart Problem. 11-07-2019 09:54 PM. Back, home and recent buttons doesn't work and then auto restarts after 1 min of hung time. Settings are mostly default (60 hz refresh rate, X-mode off, system lighting off) but still builds up heat fast even after only 1 game of asphalt.
22 de mar. de 2020 · Rog Phone 2 suddenly blacked out and does not turn on even by pressing the power button. my phone was having 77 % charging and it shut down completely..... seems like a hardware issue. but very severe..... i refered a forum and found soft reset by volume and power but for 5-10 seconds then it started..... very bad experience.

31 de ago. de 2021 · I most of the time have to hard reset the phone then Restart Bootloader a couple of times for it to properly boot. The restart also sometimes happen when it is in idle mode. RoG Phone 2 Restart problem. The advice for shutdown issues is to go to service centre. 1 Kudo.
