Mywifiext net may also be reached via IP i.e 192.168.1.250. To access the Wi-Fi range extender, go to the login page and enter your default username and password.

There are only two variables that changed: Time - it is now several hours later; typing in https://192.168.1.1 rather than just 192.168.1.1 (when I typed in just 192.168.1.1, my browser would automatically fill in the https://, so, I'm not exactly sure what the difference is when I do it versus letting my browser do it.)

Make sure You type the default Ip Address at the top of your Web address in (URL Box ) Once Logged in you are free to make changes as you wish.
22 de dez. de 2016 · 192.168.1.1 is the default login path of many routers, some of which are 192.168.0.1. The login paths of different models are different. For example, I have tp link archer ax90 and the default login path is 192.168.1.1. If you use netgear router maybe the same or maybe different.

Then hardwire a pc/laptop into the router. then with it still disconnected from the modem, try the 192.168.1.1 address. See if that works. 3.

Maybe it has old settings causing issues . then try connecting to the netgear_ext via wifi or hardwiring in. that should get you connected to the extender where you can go through setup. The issue I'm having now, is that I can't get back to the admin screens to upgrade the firmwar...
