5 de jul. de 2024 · On xbox series-x, on the rewards page, I click on "redeem rewards" icon and it brings me to the available rewards page. At the bottom, it has 3 auto redeem rewards to choose from. I select "auto redeem gamepass ultimate" for 10,500 points. It brings up another page "set as auto redeem". So I set it.

Sometimes signing back into your Xbox account can fix sync issues. Restart your Xbox console. Restarting your Xbox console can help fix temporary issues. Update your Xbox console software.
3 de mar. de 2023 · With regards to your concern, yes there is a way to contact Xbox rewards or Microsoft rewards support. Though for this, they can only be reached by filling out a support request form and you will then receive an update from them via email.

You’ll no longer receive a code in your inbox that you’ll have to take to Microsoft.com to apply yourself. We’ll only email you to confirm when the value is ready for you to spend.".

25 de abr. de 2022 · If you want to track your Microsoft Rewards order after you redeem an award, sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Redemption history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status.
I have 4,000 xbox rewards points that I cant redeem and it’s been like this for a couple of weeks now. When i go to redeem my points on a reward a message pops up saying thanks and that i was emailed a receipt but it never actually goes through. when i close out of it i still have the same amount of points and i never get emailed anything. is this a known issue?
