To access Samsung Cloud on your computer, open your desired web browser, and then go to support.samsungcloud.com. Click Sign in, enter your Samsung account information, and then click SIGN IN again.
21 de set. de 2023 · I'm trying to restore everything from one samsung a41 to another a41 whose screen died. When I do a restore from the samsung cloud, all it does is download the apps I had installed and add email accounts (without passwords). It doesn't doesn't restore any of the settings for the apps. It's just installed a fresh copy of the apps.

When i log into the samsung cloud website on my PC, there is no way to see the media in the gallery - all i get is a screen with status of the storage I've used, backup status, etc. ...

I have turned on gallery sync and selected which albums to upload so I can view my phone photos on my tab. Most of my photos show up in my gallery however, there are quite a few that just show up as an image of a grey cloud.

20 de jun. de 2022 · On the new phone, there is the ‘Samsung Notes’ app instead of ‘Memos’, although both apps seem to do the same thing. In order to import my Memos from Samsung Cloud, I tapped on the top 3 lines > tapped on settings > import data > memos from Samsung Account. However, I am only able to recover 40 out of the 96 saved memos on my Samsung Cloud.

Assuming you were using here but Samsung Notes need to either be synced to OneDrive or Samsung Cloud. You need to do this via the Samsung Notes app itself by pressing three lines ...
