Click on Settings->Apps->Installed Apps->Outlook (New) on your computer. Click on the three dots on the right. Click on Advanced Options. In it you can click on reset to clear all the data in Outlook.

Series 1 (no email accounts were configured) #1 - Added an Outlook.com account. #2 - Added a 2nd Outlook.com account. #3 - Added an Office 365 (hosted Exchange) account.

When I try to log in on the Outlook app using the email, it prompts me to sign in using gmail, despite it being an Outlook account.
