19 de jan. de 2024 · Previously, HubSpot remembered our account, and we did not have to log in every day to track our emails. I have tried checking 'Remember login' when entering my password, and I've also attempted to set the session timeout to be longer. Are there any solutions for this so it doesn't log out every day when I turn on my PC for work?
29 de ago. de 2024 · Having to log in *twice* every day - so annoying. hi @IHorman3. in general when you have settled the 2FA you don't have to login every time. but I'd strongly suggest that you can provide @BérangèreL with all the proper information. just to be able to find the issues in your case and help you solve it.

24 de jan. de 2024 · Solved: Hubspot prompts a new login inside Outlook daily and even sometimes when I've closed then reopened Outlook. As recommended at this knowledge JavaScript must be installed and enabled to use these boards.

I installed the HubSpot Sales add-in and restarted the PC, but nowhere in Outlook it shows the icon of the add-in, so I can't click on the icon to log in. Not sure what's wrong. The Outlook version is 1.2024.725.400(Production). If anyone can help me out on this, that would be much appreciated!

Finally, if you want to know each time someone has logged in, where go to Settings > Account Defaults > Security > Export Login History. This will export a CSV file that details when users logged into your HubSpot portal in the last 90 days.
