When you contact Discord directly (such as for customer support inquiries and requests to access your information), we retain related information for five years from the closure of your request in case of a dispute or to exercise or defend our legal rights.
There isn't a single EU law on earth that allows any communication providers to keep informations as short as 180 days nor as long as 2 years. The first period even if the account wasn't reported, isn't enough. The second period even if the account was reported, is too long.

Particularly severe violations may remain on the user’s record for longer – the expiration date can be found on the violation detail.
