19 de jun. de 2024 · It's an issue with *some* accounts, you should contact Adobe Support, and they should be able to get it resolved for you. I wanted to download Adobe XD but I cannot find it in my creative cloud to download even though it is included in my plan. The app does not show up even when - 14681040.
9 de out. de 2024 · We have people with new Creative Cloud licenses, XD isn't included anymore. Only older uses can access XD (at lest those in our company). We just bought a few new CC license and XD is no where to be found. We need a prototyping tool and need to know sooner than later if XD is not availble to any new users. 39.8K.
31 de mai. de 2023 · Due to the merger, both Adobe and Figma can't say much. Here is my take: Adobe has stopped almost all effort on XD, and is actively discouraging new users. Thus, migrating to Figma or other tool would be the wisest option. If the merger occurs (I am not holding my breath), then Figma will be the design tool of choice within the Creative Cloud ...

15 de out. de 2018 · I solved this by reinstalling microsoft's "App Installer" from microsoft store (it comes with windows, but many "things" come with windows so probably many users just think it is bloatware and remove it on a fresh install) , this allowed XD installer to install the appx files mentioned in the log and finish installing successfully.

Because I just changed PC and I should open some Adobe XD files, but not having the software on this PC I should download it but on the Adobe website it says it is under maintenance. 16 de set. de 2018 · Adobe XD is no longer available for purchase as a single application but will continue to be supported for existing users. XD will continue to be available as part of our Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps subscription. We will continue to support existing Adobe XD customers.
