The champs mentioned on the second option count to the hardest ones since they not only can run you down quiet easily, but they have a way higher health-regen than Aatrox.

Most cases it is a skill match, you can win on either side, early on aatrox has advantage but morde gets more advantage later on, so it is not a dumb thing.
