29 de dez. de 2020 · Use "visitmap -2048 -2048 2048 2048" in console for a 4k map. ( Multiple of 1024) "visitmap -4096 -4096 4096 4096" would be for an 8k map and so on. Takes a while, you will see the process running in the console. You can stop it with "visitmap stop". This will make it visible on the webmap, but not for all players in their map menu.
It still is a pretty big map, and once you get a good feel for it, it’s about time to start anew. 45-60 days is about right. If you play on a big map, you will level 5/6 tools/weapons, bike/4x4/gyro and still have 30-40% of the map to explore. Smaller maps helps horder’s like me limit how much shit I’ll collect. 1.
16 de jul. de 2023 · Use the 7 Days to Die Map Renderer Alpha 21 to scout the map and find POIs that you are interested in. Note POI density does not scale linearly with map size, you just get more empty space. Maps in the middle get the best POI density. It won’t show exact POIs that well, but:
7 de jul. de 2022 · None of the ores appear on the map, the white dots are small rocks (which you could get nitrate from but you could also get coal or lead). You can easily get nitrate from stalagmites you see in caves, which either appear as big black marks on the map or youd have to find and mark.

9 de nov. de 2021 · For new players I recommend Navezgane map which is 6K x 6K. After getting some gameplay experience try random generated world via KingGen for its customizations and generation speed. And about size everything above 6K is nice. But keep on mind that bigger maps eats more RAM :) 4.
29 de jul. de 2022 · DayBeforeU. •. You can cheese a bit and see a preview image of the maps yourself. I wouldn't recommend it because it may ruin your experience in the game. But that's your choice. Go to your Darkness Falls Mod folder. For example: \Darkness_Falls\Mods\0-DarknessFallsCore\Worlds. There's all the map folders. Preview images are in those folders.

To see the pregen map layout, you'll need to go to https://kui.github.io/7dtd-map/ and drag all the files from the map folder found in the %appdata% area of your file explorer. Once you drag all the files, it renders a map with all poi locations and roads and biomes.
26 de dez. de 2021 · I been working a bunch and got a 3 day weekend for Christmas, turned on the ol pc and seen 7 days got the A20 update. I was like, "dude fuck yeah merry christmas." Decided to dedicate like a full day to playing it and loaded up a world, walked a little bit then fell right through the ground. Tried it on navezgane, same thing.
