I am 67 years old and can not believe that I allowed them access to my computer files. Today, I uninstalled the Ultraviewer app from my computer and ran a virus scan. A pop up came up saying he had a virus and to call a number, he downloaded UltraViewer, and he was told something about how it appeared there were guns bought and pornography on the computer and the 'support' person he was speaking to gave him a number for the FBI and he provided his name and last four of his social security to said person.

If they access your device, kindly check on your control panel and see what applications they installed on your machine. Uninstall those application for it to remove on your computer.
