8 de mar. de 2014 · I'd use "stranger and stranger", because it's shorter and more direct. As Gramman says, they're both correct and have the same meaning, so which to use is the writer's personal choice.

26 de mai. de 2006 · What exactly were you looking for? Because "truth is stranger than fiction" is not truely a translation for " La realidad supera a la ficción". If you meant that reality is better than fiction, I like rivkaopreis' colloquial way of phrasing it as "Reality beats fiction".

Here it depends; I being young, take any gesture I get from a stranger with utmost caution. Unless the stranger is my age or looks it, I will be careful to not smile back nor make any eye contact.
