19 de dez. de 2019 · I don't think we're on the same page. I am logged into the Samsung account on my phone. I am not logged into Samsung account on my computer though and when I want to log in to Find my device on the computer (since I don't have my phone anymore) I get the two-step verification thing since I have two-step verification turned on for every login into Samsung account anywhere - mobile or PC.
19 de ago. de 2024 · 12-09-2024 01:15 PM. @patrick1231: I can confirm that the option to remotely unlock Galaxy devices is no longer available on Find My Mobile, so this is why it isn't showing up for you. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. I wouldn't exactly call this a solution as it renders the phone useless.
25 de jan. de 2021 · Switch on Find My Mobile and activate remote settings. With the device unlocked, swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Quick Settings panel. Tap the Settings icon. It's the cog-like symbol on the right-hand side. Scroll down to Biometrics and security and then tap Find My Mobile.
31 de jan. de 2020 · 31-01-2020 04:39 AM. If you TV is no longer connecting to wifi, this solution worked for many of us. Press and hold the power button on the Samsung TV Remote until the TV shuts off and comes back on. Then configure for the wifi. Cheers, Barbara. 6 Kudos. Reply.
29 de fev. de 2024 · Removed Samsung find and using the find my mobile app, I get the same error, I can see my watch and 2 x earbuds, I'll try removing the phone and re-registering it 🤔 0 Kudos Reply
6 de set. de 2024 · I'm not sure why smart select has just disappeared. As you are not on one UI 6.1.1. I'm lost with that one. It's not gone for good as in the new one UI 6.1.1 it will be pinned with the apps panel. I have no idea how you can get smart select back for the time being until the s23 recieves the update.

7 de dez. de 2019 · Olá @rmourao, sê bem-vindo à Comunidade Samsung Julgo que o que podes fazer é regostar a tua conta Samsung nos equipamentos que pretendes que fiquem ligados. De outra forma, não vejo a possibilidade de "controlar" outra conta. Sugiro que contactes a Linha da Samsung no Brasil a fim de verificarem contigo esta situação.
29 de fev. de 2024 · i even contacted samsung support and they redirected me to samsung apps support, they said they know about the problem and should try later.. but this is going on for days now... and i have 2 phones .. same thing on both of them.. But if you open Samsung SmartThings you can see that the phones are there in the FIND section...
