To access Samsung Cloud on your computer, open your desired web browser, and then go to support.samsungcloud.com. Click Sign in, enter your Samsung account information, and then click SIGN IN again.

Thanks for your help guys but for me i went to my account settings on google (my samsung acc and google are the same email) and i did a google takeout which is just download all your saved data from your account and that seemed to work.
19 de fev. de 2022 · I can't see the image to say for sure but if it came from anything ".samsung.com" (the dot before Samsung is important) then it is very likely legitimate. Without Samsung's systems themselves being compromised, it is not possible for scammers to send emails from an address that is part of the Samsung.com domain as it's owned by Samsung. 1 Like ...

Hi in Microsoft Edge (which is my main cross device browser) there is a Samsung Internet extension, you supposedly login to your Samsung account and import your edge bookmarks, then it syncs with Samsung Cloud and then you can use them on your Samsung devices, however, I can't login which is where the process dies.

8 de out. de 2020 · Just before my phone died I backed it up to the Samsung Cloud. I can sign into the Samsung Cloud on the web and I see my back-up is there, but to be able to access it I need to tap some kind of notification sent to my old phone. I can't even turn my old phone on now. I've put the SIM card into my new phone but don't receive the notification to it.
