31 de jul. de 2024 · Já tentei me logar no outlook com outra conta do gmail e ocorre o mesmo erro. E nos navegadores que tenho instalados (Edge, Chrome e Firefox) consigo fazer o login no Google sem problema algum. Eu consegui resolver o problema, parcialmente, quando houve a instalação automática do Outlook mais novo, por cima do 365.

Hi Ted, Thank you for posting. Make sure that Outlook 365 and Windows OS are latest updated. You may please try to remove stored user credentials in the Credential Manager via using Control Panel. Moreover, please use the Office 365 Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) tool to set up new Outlook profile to diagnose the problems.

Adding a new alias, and never exposed to public, and make it as the primary alias, then uncheck the other alias for login. (Primary alias can't be unchecked for login) 1.

18 de ago. de 2024 · My web hosting service who also supports my email address does not support Microsoft's New cloud-based Outlook app and therefore I need to use the Classic version. I have already downloaded my Microsoft 365 applications to a new computer and cannot figure out how to revert back to Classic Outlook. Thank you for your help.-Darren

That was on the old Outlook app. Second of all, I already have my Yahoo email added to the New Outlook and have it synced to New Outlook. Third of all, I am having no success in finding the IMAP settings by following your instructions especially since . I do not have that "File" option.
