You generally get invited to projects by email. The projects only appear on your dashboard once you've agreed to work on it. You get paid once the tasks are "validated", which you will have no control over or knowledge of when it happens. So basically Neevo decides when you get work and when you get paid.
I just read that Neevo will pay when the whole project is completed. From their FAQ: Payments get processed after all contributors have made the necessary contributions to complete a job (these jobs’ statuses will show up as “Complete” in your Work History tab). 16 de jun. de 2023 · I've been using them 5 ish years and it's hard because there is no estimate for what you're owed and when you'll be paid. I keep a spreadsheet that I update every now and again and if it's been awhile I contact them. I got paid for something I worked on in december in may. I'm owed a few hundred dollars right now but who knows when i'll be paid.
Neevo used to be very good during lockdown 2020. It had many audio collection tasks and pay us within 15 days of the project completion,but now it has become sh*t with hardly any work. But, yes they will pay, in what time? That I can't say. 2.5 months from the last task.
Maybe I've not seen the entire side of neevo,but unless the transcription is what you're talking about (which is what I mainly do) I don't really know if there would be enough to fill 40 hours. Not exactly consecutive anyway. Usually the projects are finished before I can put too much time into them. (But it's still worth it!)

It's been a month and no pay and no email about it. I hadn't even thought about it because it's so little, but they did used to pay fast - within a week or so. 3.
