What you are asking for is to remove data which is making tunnels etc. This can be very time consuming, you need to visualize each tunnel, select it, then delete it. Then once done, run analysis inspector, and rinse and repeat until you are satisfied.

I find the program still usable and I use it daily in my job as a orthopaedic technician. 27 de abr. de 2019 · Meshmixer has set of very strong set of technology that underlies it, some of which is used in products like Netfabb and Fusion 360. In terms of future plans, I can’t discuss any of that regrettably, as priorities and directions can change so I wouldn’t want to potentially mislead you.
13 de jun. de 2018 · Your advice above works brilliantly for me when I have the tube 'sticking out' of the source object (Boolean difference cuts a tube out), but when the tube is in the middle of the source object (which is what I want) it doesn't work. Any ideas why ? (sorry but I'm new to meshmixer) Thanks. John

17 de ago. de 2021 · Run MakeSolid. After the default calculation set SolidType to Accurate and set OffsetDistance to a positiv e value a bit bigger than the biggest hole's radius. For a 3mm diameter this is 1.5 + (let's say) 0.1 = 1.6. Hit Update and Accept the result. This gives an offset hull. Run MakeSolid on this hull again.
