There you can find several archived 1.4.2 downloads, the currently latest for Windows being 1.4.2_19. edited May 28, 2015 at 10:13.
Then added JAVA_HOME variable with value C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.7.0_02, but still CMD shows same output. In Java Control Panel->Java->Java Runtime Environment Settings->User, I have completed wizard to find 32-bit Java and enabled that only, with disabling 64-bit installation, but still CMD shows same output.

3 de mai. de 2013 · If you have 4GB+ RAM, and are running Java programs that keep 4GB+ of data structures in memory, the 64-bitter will accommodate that. The big fat pointers can point to any byte in a 4GB+ memory space. But if your programs use less memory, and you run the 64-bit JVM, pointers in will still occupy 64 bits (8 bytes) each.

16 de dez. de 2013 · it seem the win32com.dll does not work with 64-bit Operating system. I think that is correct. In fact, according to the relevant download page, Oracle no longer supports the javax.comm API for any Windows platform. However, I found this page which has a 64bit build of the DLL, among other things. EDIT

If you download Java Development Kit (JDK) then there is a difference as it contains native libraries which differ for different architectures: x86 is for 32-bit OS. x64 is for 64-bit OS. In addition you can use 32-bit JDK (x86) on 64-bit OS. But you can not use 64-bit JDK on 32-bit OS.
3 de fev. de 2012 · Copy and paste this into your R window, and then run it find.java(). rJava is looking for an entry for JavaHome. If that isn't listed, then it is missing from your registry. You could also manually set the directory of your Java location by setting it before loading the library:
4 de dez. de 2021 · I wanted to install Java 11 on my Windows 32-bit System. I've searched this Official Java 11 Download Page doesn't contain any download for a 32-bit system. But still I didn't lose my hope, I saw this site. But when I saw the 2012r2, I think it won't work for my 2009 Windows 7 32-it system, but anyways its a different version than Java Official ...
