11 de mai. de 2021 · I downloaded Ngenuity software and it upgraded my firmware version and random static noise issue became worse. I had to download an Equalizer program and changed some equalizer settings and kept volume levels under 30. Now ngenuity updated itself to latest windows version, it can't detect my HyperX Cloud Alpha S anymore.

So according to the NGenuity software the HyperX 7.1 Surround Sound is currently able to "auto-optimize" for a handful of select games. These games listed in the software are:- APEX Legends- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare- CS: GO- Overwatch- PUBG- Rainbow Six Siege
19 de out. de 2023 · Open DTS Unbound and turn on DTS Headphone:X and DTS:X. Go to System->Sound->And open the headphone settings as seen in picture. Set Audio Enhancements to Off and set Spatial sound to DTS Headphone:X. Restart and Enjoy. EDIT: You should also change the microphone from 16k to 32k Hz. This will drastically improve the quality.
7 de jan. de 2021 · If not, try doing so by uninstalling it and then restarting your PC, and it will automatically install a new driver once it boots up. Also, if you have any other RGB software on your PC for either your other peripherals or hardware, try turning it off completely and then restart NGENUITY to see if it's detecting your microphone then.
Headsets. Hey, I bought a Cloud Flight headset yesterday, downloaded the software from the website (which sent me to Microsoft Store), now I open the app and it just says "Welcome to Ngenuity. To get started just plug in your HyperX product or add a demo product to check stuff out". I pluged it and out that USB dongle like 5 times, still nothing.
6 de abr. de 2021 · I also have the HyperX Cloud Stinger Core Wireless 7.1 and, just as you, I couldn't get NGenuity to recognize it. After trying numerous solutions (uninstalling possible conflicting apps, disabling services and countless other I can't remember) and decided to go for it. I can confirm this worked for me.
29 de jul. de 2021 · An alternative option would be to download it from our website over at https://hyperx.gg/3mcEGcz by clicking on the link next to "Trouble accessing Microsoft Store?", but please keep in mind that app won't be able to automatically update, so we can only recommend using it temporarily until you fix your Microsoft Store. true.
16 de mai. de 2022 · Cannot install Ngenuity software, windows is updated, can't install from microsoft store, windows is updated.
9 de mai. de 2023 · I selected my HyperX Cloud III Wireless and rebooted per their instructions, and now my options within the Ngenuity software are working again. I'm not sure if it's because I left my headset on while I rebooted the computer, a coincidence, or if it was the equalizer software installing a different driver, I'm not too sure.
10 de dez. de 2021 · Go to Ngenuity > Click on Settings > Click on Give us Feedback > Select Report a Problem Hopefully they can do something about the issue To avoid situations like this in the future, turn off automatic updates on Microsoft Store apps: Go to the Microsoft Store > Click on your profile avatar > Click on settings > Turn off App Updates
