31 de mar. de 2024 · Any subtitle marked thus can ONLY be burned in on an MP4; PGS is not compatible with MP4. Handbrake will only burn in one subtitle. You could do it to an MKV file, but that won't work if your player does not understand them.

HandBrake always re-encode the video which is what you DON'T want for this if you can avoid it, especially when the original encoding is probably fairly good - re-encoding always loose some quality. 5 de jan. de 2024 · Scanning HandBrake-1.7.1-x86_64-Win_GUI.exe by https://www.virustotal.com, the system returns the following two virus hits: Trojan.Strab.cjb; Trojan.Win32.MSIL_Heur.A; I checked a couple of older Handbrake versions and discovered that version 1.6.1 and 1.7.0 also contained virusses.
23 de dez. de 2023 · I also want to pass the DV content, so I assume I check the "Passthru common Metadata" box on the Summary tab. The H.265 MKV 2160p60 seems like the closest preset to what I can use. My PC is a Windows 11 i7 10700. The preset I mentioned gives me the same filter options as I use for 1080p, video tab is as below. 4k using The H.265 MKV 2160p60.
