13 de set. de 2024 · Hello Garmin team, My Connect Web calendar and other date-based screens in Connect Web show the incorrect date/day. Today is Friday, September 13, 2024, but the calendar displays all days one day off (shows September 13 as a Saturday, and so on). This behavior also seems to be confused in the badges section.

I used Heath Sync to allow Google fit receive data from my Garmin connect. It seems to work but I noticed that steps reported by Google fit, after having synchronised, are systematically higher than what reported on Connect. As an example, now Connect says almost 9.000 steps (7.1 km), while Google fit reports almost 13.660 (9.6 km).

18 de jan. de 2024 · Some of the files are very large (up to 4 MB from some longer road bike sessions) but it also fails for tiny files below 100KB. Other formats that came along with the Strava takeout, including FIT and GPX files, upload just fine to my Garmin Connect web. When I open the files with notepad.exe they show the expected XML structture.

Assume you can access the Garmin Connect app? I would try the usual, such as clear browser cache, try a different browser, test using the using your phone's web browser with wi-fi turned off. Yeah, but an Edge will already auto sync with Garmin Connect through Garmin Express, so there's no real need to put that capability in BaseCamp for an Edge. I've always used BaseCamp to do routing for road and mountain biking with my Edges (705 and 800), much preferring to do it that way than online in a browser.
8 de jan. de 2024 · If you are using an Android phone, then the setting for enabling notifications from individual app is still present in the latest Garmin Connect version (currently v4.76). Go to More ... » Settings » Notifications » App Notifications and disable notifications at WhatsApp. You cannot keep vibrations though, when disabled.
