28 de ago. de 2020 · Hello, Guys for whatever reason on my setup I can’t find the installation files. It is supposed to be in this PC / Local Disk / Games / Microsoft Flight Simulator. However, I can’t find any of it even using search. I can see the game thru the windows 10 settings, I even try to move it but there is no way for me to find the files. Can anybody help?
24 de mar. de 2022 · i BUILT MY PC with flight sim to be it’s main task and it has performed as I hoped. I’ll put my specs here, but instead of the 5800X, and if I were building it today would substitue the new 5800X 3D chip in place of mine. \\the rest allows me to run pretty much maxed out and is smooth and visually as I hoped for. Once in, you can change that data setting back to on. You also can try disabling your internet to see if that lets you in faster. Also, please submit a zendesk. This “offline” detection needs some work.
20 de jun. de 2023 · Just went through this exact issue: Uninstall MSFS from old PC. Download all the Gaming Services/X-Box stuff from the MS Store, make sure it’s updated. Run X-Box thing, find MSFS2020 and then start downloading the icon and installer. Once you have icon, click that, start download.

2 de set. de 2023 · I want to emphasize that my PC specs are quite high, and all of my other games run perfectly without any crashes. It’s baffling that this issue persists only with MSFS. I’m running out of ideas, and it’s so frustrating to be unable to enjoy the simulator without these desktop crashes.
21 de set. de 2020 · Once MSFS is installed from the store, content manager gives you an option to pick location. I picked D:\MSFS. Once installed, I switched to another account, It didn’t want to install on D drive since it took 150 GB there. I picked C drive where I had space, and then let it install. It’s just 1GB install.

For example on pc you buy PMDG’s dc-6 or 737 and get all the liveries free while on Xbox you get exactly one livery and it’s ugly default livery with the name of the plane and PMDG on it.
