It works with ASIO drivers for low latency. If your sound-card is not an audiophile device, then it probably doesn't come with an ASIO driver; although I suggest you check anyway. If it does not, use ASIO4ALL, which provides an ASIO driver for almost all audio devices.
6 de mai. de 2017 · 23. Give a try to Virtual Audio Cable. It creates virtual audio cards and let you route sound from outputs to inputs using virtual cables. It runs with Windows 7. It's not free but there is a trial version, so you can check if it can do what you need. Share.

I've tried the following (and also module-pipe) $ pacmd load-module module-null-sink sink_name=VirtSoundCard sink_properties=device.description=Virtual-Sound-Card. $ pacmd set-default-sink VirtSoundCard. Though without any luck so far.

I have seen tutorials mentioning Stereo Mix, but as I don't have the Realtek Audio Driver, this is unavailable for me. Is there an easy way to simulate an input device that simply feeds back the output of my speakers to other applications?
15 de out. de 2009 · Virtual Audio Card. It's free and it works on Windows XP and it creates 3 Virtual Audio Cables as Windows Sound drivers. It comes from a software kit for a commercial TCP/IP mp3 streaming device. Go figure. Works for me in place of VAC (Virtual Audio Cable) but the latency on my machine is pretty awful. YMMV.
7 de mai. de 2019 · When it comes to sound you can see following packages used: pavucontrol. pulseaudio. alsa-utils. alsa-oss. With pavucontrol you can disable sound device easily or switch them to something like null output. And why it works with xfce4 is probably thanks to xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin. For VNC I prefer tightvncserver.
