22 de jun. de 2014 · I need a way to manage torrent without any sort of GUI and download the pieces on sequential order. Does anybody knows how to do it? rtorrent is text based but, as far as I know, don't download files sequentially. qbittorrent-nox have the feature of downloading it sequentially but I have to use the browser to control the torrent.

Yeah, there is a setting under uTorrent that reads "automatically start torrents." Turn it off. This will torrents load into it in a stopped state. Also make sure uTorrent isn't loading torrents from a directory. It can scan a directory and will load torrents automatically. Make sure not to put your torrent there.

When trying a second time, get the message "the torrent you are trying to add is already in the list of torrents. Do you want to load more trackers from it" After clicking yes or no, the torrent still isn't displayed.
28 de mai. de 2014 · Also, when I used to click on torrent magnet links, utorrent would automatically open and download it. Now I have to copy and paste the link manually. This is a message to FIX YOUR BROWSER. My dht for my latest download says "waiting for announce…". and it's still saying there's 0 GB in the file.

See uTorrent settings with opened parameters bt.sequential_download (use this for sequential download one movie) and bt.sequential_files (use this for sequential download TVseries from in that sequence as specified in torrent file).
