And assuming I am not considered an atari poser here for buying this stuff, I have a question. BTW, I have an original system, but there are some games I actually want to PLAY ...

Besides the 2600 was made for exactly that type of game and thus obviously excels at it. 5200 Super Breakout still leaves a bad taste in my mouth due to it being the friggin PACK IN. ugh! They could have at least made pacman or space ...
27 de abr. de 2009 · The game will not end at 100, but will roll the score, reset the attack level, and change the color of Asgard. Clear the game 3 times to win. The color sequence goes yellow, gray, green. This will be the color of Asgard (the castle in the upper right corner) and also your high score.

Distortion register AUDC0 is given value $0C for all sounds (div 6: pure tone). Volume register AUDV0 is set to highest for all sounds ($0F).

8 de mar. de 2017 · I haven't gone to such great lengths as you, but I have refurbished quite a few 2600 paddles. Funny you bring this up, because I tested some paddles on breakout recently and have the same issues as you do. They appear to have minor jitter occasionally, and so I figured maybe I didn't clean them very well. But upon testing other paddle games ...
23 de nov. de 2023 · I like them a lot. Never owned any before (that I recall), but I’m enjoying Breakout, Super Breakout and Circus Atari. Kaboom is decent, but the difficulty ramps up a little too quickly and Night Driver is bonkers, but fun. If actual night driving was like that, I’d never get behind the wheel 😂. Surprised Enduro didn’t use paddles… 🤔
