5 de jun. de 2022 · Locked out of Activision account due to 2 Factor Authentication working. Over a year ago I changed phones and put the 2FA app from Google onto my new phone. I tried logging in to my Activision/CoD account and 2FA didn't work and none of the back-up codes worked. When this happened I tried Activision support but no one has got back to me.
26 de out. de 2023 · One thing to note, when I was in Private browsing, I was able to select my login method, for me, it's through Xbox/Microsoft and it did take me to the Microsoft website, and logged in successfully. However, when it brought me automatically back to the Activision site, it took me to the "Create Account" screen.

20 de jun. de 2022 · Returned yesterday and I can’t login to my activision account. I can’t login on my Xbox or pc. I also can’t get the password reset email (yes I’ve checked my spam folder). I have also tried to login online and still can’t. Also tried to login using Xbox and battle.net but it wants me to register an account.

22 de set. de 2021 · Hi! I finally can login in my CoD Account…. Go to Activision/Call of Duty website and click on "Support". When ask for your 2FA, click on "Need Help" and then "Contact Support". Put your backup code that you received by e-mail. After all that, if you logged on your account, go to security and disable 2FA.
8 de jun. de 2021 · When I enabled 2fa back in april with google auth it worked fine and I can log in into my activision account just fine. When I tried logging to my account in May, the 2fa login loop problem happened. I typed out the auth code (without spaces) it didn't work and it will just send me back to the login page.
18 de dez. de 2019 · The only thing that is driving me freaking damn nuts is I'm trying to Link my PlayStation account to my Activision account and it keeps telling me account verification is required to make this change to your account a code will be sent to your email address to verify but I have done it hundreds of times and it still doesn't let me freaking damn Activision can't do anything right always making ...
15 de nov. de 2023 · Activision Login Issue [MW3] [COD] Support. Brand new gaming PC, just installed the new MW3 game on steam. When I open up the game I get as far as the activision account login page. Then when I type in my email and password it thinks for two seconds then just boots me right back to the same page where I click login.
