Any file you download that isn't an executable file cannot be a virus. Rom Files cannot be infected with viruses. While executable files are indeed a common target for viruses and malicious software, it is overly simplistic to assert that files without the .exe extension are inherently safe.
17 de mai. de 2022 · bluedragon8633. Idk if OP needs this anymore, but to the people coming from Google: romsforever.co has almost always had working roms in several different regions/formats. It also has a much cleaner interface than some of these other sites, in my opinion. Edit: make sure you use an adblocker though, apparently it has popup issues.

Turn off 3ds. Hold start and press power until gm9 boots. Select SDCART Navigate to .3ds file Select .3ds file to install. *For me cfw Luma, only decrypted files work. 24 de ago. de 2020 · .cia is for playing on a real 3DS .3ds is for playing in the Citra emulator You can convert .3ds to .cia to play on a real 3DS but the one time I tried it, it didn't work. I may have been using a bad or outdated tool though.
14 de mai. de 2020 · When you download roms in CIA format, you have to click the 3 dots and find the Install CIA button and then look for the file. I think its much easier to download the . 3ds formats and put them all un the same folder, that way you can select the folder as the game directory and have all the games show up.

If you're looking for decrypted ROMs they're in the megathread, they're 1fichier links which personally I don't like since you can only download like one file per day. Ziperto has decrypted ROMs too.
